Registration and Education

VRL has partnered with NonProfitVote and 114 other organizations!

We are excited to be a part of this coalition helping nonprofits and the people they serve participate and vote. NonProfitVote is the largest source of nonpartisan resources to help nonprofits integrate voter engagement into their ongoing activities and services.

Browse all of our voter registration resources for ideas. Help your community vote in 2014 by offering voter registration as part of the services you already provide.

Use the online 501(c)(3) Guide to Nonpartisan Voter Engagement. It contains a summary of 501(c)(3) nonpartisan guidelines, information on permissible candidate engagement, and an explanation of what nonprofit staff can do.

Stay tuned for a NonProfitVote webinar for VoteRunLead members coming soon. For now, listen to their helpful webinar on “What NonProfit Staff Can and Can’t Do”, with founder George Pillsbury.
