The Women’s Convention will bring thousands of women, femmes and our allies of all backgrounds to Detroit from October 27 – 29, 2017, for a weekend of workshops, strategy sessions, inspiring forums and intersectional movement building to continue the preparation going into the 2018 midterm elections.

This conference will be examining how to build on innovations, rather than throwing them out every political cycle, how to challenge the idea of top-down organization, how to help activists build change, how to re-connect people and politics with simple tools, how to use and share data among races, and how to enable new leaders to run the best campaigns they can and win. We will also be showcasing game-changing tools and testing in the areas of Activism, Voting, Elections and Campaigns.
Featuring leaders from organizations such as Indivisible, MoveOn, Women’s March, Swingleft, Sister Districts, DemLabs, Flippable, It Starts Today, VoteRunLead, Runforsomething, SheShouldRun, Wall-of- Us, RockTheVote, Truman Project, 5calls and many more.
